Some mornings, coffee works.
Some mornings, you need your imaginary robot army and a French bulldog to stage an intervention laced with humor and caffeine.
Building a company is strange because you spend so much time looking at what still needs to be done that it’s remarkably easy to forget what you’ve already done.
A few months ago, Agent Army was still just an idea.
Since then, we’ve built agents. Built services. Built partnerships. Done demos. Won clients. Automated work that used to eat hours. Solved problems nobody had particularly glamorous names for. And learned approximately 47,000 things I did not know I needed to know about starting a company.
There have also been long days, wrong turns, things that broke, things that almost worked, and more than a few moments of:
“Whose idea was this?”
Mine. It was mine. 😂
So today’s mission is a little different:
Remember to occasionally look backward.
Not because the work is finished.
Because when you’re building something, the distance you’ve already traveled is evidence that the distance ahead is possible.
Agent Army is still small. We’re still building. Still learning. Still finding better ways to help CPG teams make sense of their data and get more done with it.
But we are very, very far from where we started.
And apparently Agent Frenchie believes this achievement merits donuts.
For once, I agree with her. 🍩🐾🤖
You didn’t come this far to only come this far.
